1. Who we are
PlusEdge AI ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered market analysis, news predictions, trading journals and related tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law.
3. Account & security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at Famandus7@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans (Pro, Premium) are billed monthly or yearly via our payment processor. Prices shown are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
5. Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of any new purchase. After that, payments are final. See our Refund Policy for full details.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its outputs; (b) use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights; (c) attempt to disrupt the Service, our infrastructure, or other users; (d) use the Service to provide regulated financial advice to third parties.
7. AI outputs & no advice
The Service produces probabilistic AI outputs for educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Risk Disclosure for full details. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlusEdge AI is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud or abuse.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
