Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund of any new subscription purchase (monthly or yearly) within 14 days of payment, for any reason. Request a refund directly from Settings → Plan & billing, or email Famandus7@gmail.com.

After 14 days

Payments are final. We do not refund partial periods, unused time, or renewals beyond the 14-day window.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; you are not charged again after cancellation.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 10 working days, excluding bank holidays. Your bank may take a few additional days to display the funds.

Account deletion

Deleting your account from Settings does not automatically issue a refund. Request the refund first if you are still inside the 14-day window.
